15. RETURNS

We assure you that our products will be defect-free at the time of shipping; however, please note that our products are all subject to the manufacturer’s warranties.

• Defective/Faulty Items within 7 Days of Receipt:

If a product is found to be defective or faulty within 7 days of receipt, The Gun Shop will arrange for collection and assessment by the manufacturer or distributing agent.

If the defect is confirmed and covered by a warranty, the company will repair, replace, or refund the item at their cost. If the item is not defective, or if it’s not covered by a warranty, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Defective/Faulty Warranty Items After 7 Days of Receipt:

If a warranted item becomes defective/faulty after 7 days, the customer needs to return it to The Gun Shop at their own cost. If the defect is confirmed and covered by a warranty, the company will repair, replace, or refund the item at their cost. If the item is not covered by a warranty, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Unsatisfied with Item:

Customers can return items within 7 days if they’re not satisfied.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.

A 20% restocking/handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

No “change-of-heart” returns are allowed.

• In-Store Purchases:

Items bought in-store, where customers have the chance to inspect them, don’t have a general right of return. Each return request will be considered individually.

• Non-Refundable Items:

Items like ammunition, powders, and primers are not eligible for refunds.

• Refund Process:

A 20% handling fee applies to refund requests. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process. Incorrect banking details provided by the customer can lead to issues with refund processing. Refunds for orders larger than a certain amount may take longer.

• Return Conditions:

Returns must be in new, saleable condition, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.  Special Order items might not be eligible for returns. The Gun Shop reserves the right to refuse returns on branded or custom products.

• Order Cancellations:

A 20% admin/handling fee applies to order cancellations within 6 months of placing the order. Special Order item cancellations might have a higher cancellation fee.

• No Returns/Refunds:

Branded, custom products, PPE, and related products generally do not qualify for returns or refunds, except for valid defective or damaged goods claims. Due to their sensitive nature, items such as Ammunition, Powders, and Primers are not eligible for refunds.
